1. Agreement
By engaging our services, you (“The Client”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Service Provision
We will provide the services with reasonable skill and care as described in the proposal or service agreement. The Client agrees to provide necessary information and materials in a timely manner to avoid delays.

3. Fees & Payment
Fees are as quoted. Payment terms (e.g., 70% upfront, 30% on completion) will be specified in the invoice. Late payments may result in work stoppage and incur a late fee.

4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the Client receives full ownership of the final deliverables created specifically for them (e.g., business plans, website designs, marketing copy). We retain the right to display the work in our portfolio unless a separate NDA is in place.

5. Client Responsibilities
The Client warrants that all materials provided (e.g., logos, text) are owned by them and do not infringe on any third-party rights.

6. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to The Client for any claim is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages (e.g., loss of profit, data, or business opportunity).

7. Third-Party Services
For travel services, we act as an agent for airlines, embassies, and insurers. We are not liable for their acts, omissions, or failures in providing their services.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos state.

9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.
