Refunds Policy

1. General Policy
Due to the custom, time-intensive, and often third-party-dependent nature of our services, we generally operate on a non-refundable basis once work has commenced or a service has been rendered. We commit to clear communication and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms

  • Business Consultancy & Digital Marketing: Retainers and project fees are non-refundable. If a project is terminated early by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to that point based on the agreed milestones.

  • Travel Services: Airline tickets, visa fees, and insurance premiums are 100% non-refundable once purchased, as we are liable to third-party suppliers immediately. Service fees for application handling are also non-refundable once processing has begun.

  • Academy: On-demand course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted due to the immediate nature of the digital content.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following scenarios:

  • We fundamentally fail to deliver the service as outlined in the initial agreement.

  • The service is canceled by Ingenious options Integrated for reasons within our control.

4. Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@ingeniousoptions.com. We will review each request on its own merits and respond within 3 business days.
