1. General Policy
Due to the custom, time-intensive, and often third-party-dependent nature of our services, we generally operate on a non-refundable basis once work has commenced or a service has been rendered. We commit to clear communication and deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
2. Service-Specific Refund Terms
Business Consultancy & Digital Marketing: Retainers and project fees are non-refundable. If a project is terminated early by the client, payment is due for all work completed up to that point based on the agreed milestones.
Travel Services: Airline tickets, visa fees, and insurance premiums are 100% non-refundable once purchased, as we are liable to third-party suppliers immediately. Service fees for application handling are also non-refundable once processing has begun.
Academy: On-demand course fees are non-refundable once access has been granted due to the immediate nature of the digital content.
3. Exceptions
Refunds may be considered, at our sole discretion, only in the following scenarios:
We fundamentally fail to deliver the service as outlined in the initial agreement.
The service is canceled by Ingenious options Integrated for reasons within our control.
4. Process
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to admin@ingeniousoptions.com. We will review each request on its own merits and respond within 3 business days.
